We specialize in Telecom infrastructure deployment and support, Web and mobile App development, Telecoms Consulting, and I.T support.

We partner with the largest telecom providers in Nigeria, enabling over 25 communication service providers across Nigeria and West Africa to offer cloud-based communications services like voice, video, and web conferencing.

Position Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated interns to join our team in the roles of Sales, Account Management, and Technical Support.

This internship program is ideal for NYSC members and recent Post-NYSC graduates eager to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Successful candidates will support our Sales, Account Management, and Technical Support teams, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Intern:
  • Assist in generating leads, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Account Management Intern:
  • Assist the Account Management team in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
  • Help ensure clients receive the best possible service, handling their requests and concerns promptly.
  • Support the creation of client reports, presentations, and service reviews.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
  • Technical Support Intern:
  • Provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshooting issues with the company’s communication services (voice, video, web conferencing).
  • Work with the Technical Support team to resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and testing of telecom services.
  • Collaborate with the team to document technical support issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Participate in client meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships to help close deals.

Requirements:

  • Must be an NYSC member or a recent post-NYSC graduate.
  • Interest in sales, account management, or technical support. (at least up to one year experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical Support interns: Basic understanding of IT and telecom infrastructure is a plus.

Benefits:

  • NYSC members: ₦100,000 monthly stipend.
  • Post-NYSC graduates: ₦150,000 – ₦180,000 monthly salary, based on experience.
