Job Description

  • Softhills Limited is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate information and support.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, conduct surveys, and promote products or services.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving processes and customer service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone demeanor.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
