Key Responsibilities
- Client Solutions: Advise customers on solutions tailored to their needs and foster strong relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Sales Growth: Identify and contact potential leads via inbound channels, follow up via email or phone, and drive sales conversions.
- Email Campaigns: Create and execute email sequences, responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- A/B Testing: Optimize outreach strategies through A/B testing to boost conversion rates.
- Platform Demos: Conduct online demos showcasing the features and benefits of our SaaS Source Code Escrow platform.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate offers and close deals with potential customers.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional features to current customers, enhancing their experience and value.

Skills & Experience
- Sales Expertise: 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using various technology platforms and tools for sales and customer management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify customer pain points and provide tailored solutions.
- Time Management: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team Player: Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure, adapting to changes.
- Presentation Skills: Enjoy giving online platform demos to potential clients.
