We are currently recruiting for the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Answering Calls: Handle incoming customer calls, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Providing Information: Offer details about our services, pricing, and company policies.
- Issue Resolution: Identify customer problems and provide effective solutions.
- Data Entry and Customer Assistance: Accurately record customer information and guide clients through processes.
- Follow-up: Conduct post-interaction follow-ups to ensure service completion and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive support approach and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be organized, able to follow schedules, multitask, and efficiently use CRM software.
